Bob is known as America’s premier senior fitness consultant. Born in 1919, he started lifting weights in his early teens and appeared on his first magazine cover in 1939. A lifelong bodybuilder, his awe-inspiring photos have graced the covers and pages of magazines ever since.

Through the years he has served as doctor and trainer to the movie stars and professional athletes, alike. He, also, was astronaut John Glenn’s personal trainer in the 1960s and again in 1998 when Senator Glenn made his heroic return to space. Bob was also part-owner/operator of Executive Health Clubs International which operated 500 health clubs worldwide.
